1. Description of Services

FavouriteBurger provides specialized financial consulting services focused on auditing and optimizing profitability for franchises in the HoReCa sector. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Analysis and audit of financial performance.
• Development of strategies to reduce operational costs.
• Courses and management programs designed for investors in public food service units.

All services are provided on an individual contract basis, and specific details will be established in a separate agreement.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Obligations of FavouriteBurger:

• To provide consulting services professionally and as agreed.
• To maintain the confidentiality of the Client's financial and operational information.
• To provide clear and verifiable support within the scope of the purchased services.

Obligations of the Client:

• To provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for the provision of services.
• To pay the established fees according to the issued invoices.
• To use the received materials and recommendations for legal purposes and in compliance with applicable legislation.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory in nature. FavouriteBurger does not guarantee specific financial results or profit increases as a result of implementing the recommendations. The Client assumes full responsibility for business decisions made based on our consulting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is limited to the value of the services invoiced to the Client for the specific case that caused the damages.

4. Payment Terms and Refund Policies

Payments for services are made according to the issued invoice. Fees are net and do not include VAT, if applicable. Personalized consulting services are non-refundable once the work has begun. For management courses, cancellation and refund may be possible within 7 days of purchase, under the conditions specified in the description of each course.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate a service agreement in writing, with prior notice, according to the clauses in the individual contract. FavouriteBurger reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to digital materials or services in case of a flagrant violation of these terms.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revision date. Continued use of the services after the modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
